SERVICES

LAWN CARE:
The lawns are mowed regularly from spring through fall by a company contracted by the Board of Directors.

TRASH PICK-UP:
  Curb-side trash pick-up is provided every week on Thursday mornings (subject to change with holidays).  Residents may place their lidded trash can at the foot of their driveway by 9 AM on collection day, and the trash collector will place the emptied trash can back near the resident's garage door after pick-up.

  Additionally, residents may take their own trash to the dumpsters located on the gravel road near the clubhouse.  (Please refer to the Rules & Regulations for more information.)

  We also have a recycling trailer near the dumpsters.  You may deposit cardboard, newspapers, mixed paper, plastic bottles, metal cans, etc. at your convenience.  The recycling trailer is provided to us by the Pulaski County Recycling Center at no cost.

GUTTER CLEANING:
  Gutters are cleaned out once per year by a contractor.  (Resident who may need their gutters cleaned twice per year should contact a Board member.)

SHRUB TRIMMING:
  Shrubs around each unit are trimmed twice per year by a contractor.  (Residents who prefer to trim the shrubs around their own patios may opt out of this service.)

SNOW REMOVAL:
  Snow removal for the streets and cup-de-sacs is performed at the discretion of the Board by a contractor. Residents are responsible for clearing their own driveways, patios, and walkways.
